Create "Deepfakes" or deceptive audio/visual content intended to mislead or harm individuals.
Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of our platform or the integrated APIs (Google Cloud, ElevenLabs).
Violate any intellectual property rights.
2.3 User Content
You retain ownership of the input data you provide. However, by using our service, you grant SAK AI Studio the right to process this data through our AI partners (ElevenLabs and Google Cloud) to generate the requested output.
2.4 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." While we utilize world-class technology from Google Cloud and ElevenLabs, we do not guarantee that the output will be error-free or meet all your specific requirements.
2.5 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
